Shirley Langford is a stay-at-home mum. With four kids, who often drive her nuts, Shirley's one outlet, and connection to the outside world beyond her family, is the Internet. Addicted to online shopping, browsing, quizzes and emailing her friend Kathy, Shirley begins to feel like life is passing her by after her daughter starts attending parties.

When Kathy's marriage hits the rocks, Shirley jumps at the opportunity to ask her friend on a night out. But, when this falls through, Shirley's husband plans a different kind of evening-one that promises more than the night out ever could.

SYNOPSIS

George Cogrill is troubled. He has been made to give half of his inheritance, which includes his beloved Water Mill, to Vicky Gloam, a gorgeous female photographer. He finds himself becoming increasingly attracted to her but there are dark forces at work determined to wrench the mill from his grasp and threaten his very existence.
